Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brainerd-Baxter, an IHG Hotel

Staff members were extremely friendly when we arrived and greeted us right away. We had asked for an early check-in, knowing it may not be possible, and they made it happen 😁 every aspect of our experience was excellent!! The only issue (a tub that wasn't draining) was promptly solved and they were so friendly and approachable about the issue. The rooms (or group had 3 that I saw) were all spotless and obviously well kept up. The water park was a lot of fun, the kids had a blast! There's a small bar/snack shack in the swim area and the staff there were super friendly too. In fact, every employee encounter was outstanding. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family for future events!

Waterpark was a lot of fun and the lifeguards weren't yelling at every little kid etc.

Waterpark was nice. Concessions staff in pool area was accommodating. Front desk was nice and listened. Took action when needed (see ☹️). Location was great for our attraction destinations. After asking for things for breakfast, such as refilling, they did.

I enjoyed the spa pool, bar, and grill. Breakfast was so awesome. The double queen room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Laser tag was a hit.

This property is clean and breakfast is good! Plenty of entertainment and stuff for teenagers to do.
